Uro Basti Therapy

Uro Basti Therapy
Uro Basti (also called Hridaya Basti) is a traditional Ayurvedic external oil treatment applied to the chest region, especially over the heart area.
The word “Uro” means chest, and “Basti” means to retain or hold.
