Kati-basti Therapy
Kati Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic external treatment where warm medicated oil is retained on the lower back (lumbar region) within a specially prepared dough ring.
It is primarily used for spinal health, back pain relief, and muscle relaxation.
The warmth of the oil deeply penetrates tissues, nourishes muscles and joints, and soothes aggravated Vata dosha in the back region

Sneha Kati Basti – Uses warm medicated oils for nourishment.
Kashaya Kati Basti – Uses warm herbal decoctions for reducing inflammation.
Ghruta Kati Basti – Uses medicated ghee for deep tissue lubrication and nerve health.
