Nasya Therapy

Nasya Therapy
Nasya is one of the five main Panchakarma therapies in Ayurveda.
It involves administering medicated oil, ghee, or herbal extracts through the nostrils.
Since the nose is considered the “gateway to the head” (Shirodwar), Nasya is especially effective for disorders related to the head, neck, brain, and senses
Types of Nasya Therapy

Brimhana Nasya – Nourishing type to strengthen tissues.
Shamana Nasya – Palliative type to pacify aggravated doshas.
