Netra Tarpana Therapy

Netra Tarpana Therapy

Netra Tarpana is a classical Ayurvedic eye rejuvenation therapy in which medicated ghee (clarified butter infused with herbs) is retained over the eyes for a specific period of time.
The term “Netra” means eye, and “Tarpana” means nourishment.
This therapy is mainly used to strengthen the eyes, improve vision, reduce eye strain, and prevent eye diseases.
It is especially beneficial for people who work long hours on computers or experience frequent dryness, irritation, or fatigue in the eyes.
