Pizhichil Therapy

Pizhichil Therapy

Pizhichil (meaning “squeezing”) is a classical Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy where warm medicated oil is poured over the body in a rhythmic manner while simultaneously giving a gentle massage.
It is a combination of Snehana (oleation) and Swedana (sudation) therapies, often called the “royal treatment” because it was once reserved for kings in Kerala.

This therapy is deeply relaxing, nourishes tissues, improves circulation, and removes toxins through sweating

Types of Pizhichil Therapy
