Vamana Therapy

Vamana Therapy
Vamana is one of the five main detoxification therapies in Panchakarma (Ayurveda’s deep cleansing process).
It is a therapeutic emesis procedure, meaning medically induced vomiting to expel excess Kapha dosha (and associated toxins) from the body.
It is mainly used in Kapha-dominant disorders such as asthma, chronic allergies, bronchitis, skin diseases, and obesity.
